We drove from South Lake Tahoe to Mammoth Lakes. We checked into our hotel. We drove around to check out the lakes but there was snow everywhere. So we could only see Twin Lakes, not Mary Lake. So we went and rented fishing rods for the next day. Then we had dinner and went swimming in our hotel’s pool.

The next day we went to Convict Lake and rented a boat. I got my foot stuck in the dock. But they pulled it out without hurting me too much. The water was cold though. We fished off the boat for a few hours. Then we drove over to Rock Creek, and ate some special desserts that they had there. It was good. We went over to Rock Creek Lake. We fished from the shore there. We could see the fish, but we weren’t able to catch any. Then we went back to the hotel, walked around and ate dinner. Then we watched a show about the person who created Mammoth Ski Lodge and Resorts. Then bed.
